Alex is an Artisan Baker and Pastry Chef graduate of Le Cordon Bleu avec la grande distinction with industry experience in Melbourne and over a decade of devotion to slow-fermented bread and pastry. His work honours traditional methods, grounded in time, process, and restraint.
Our products are individually crafted with care and consistency using locally sourced plant-based ingredients selected for their quality. We stand as an alternative to mass production in order to preserve the integrity and character of the craft.
We offer pickup of items from our shop during collection times and free local delivery of orders over minimum amounts.
